Yoga for Beginners (2-3 times a week):

- **Sun Salutations**: 5 rounds

- **Downward Dog**: Hold for 30 seconds

- **Warrior I and II**: Hold each for 30 seconds per side

- **Child’s Pose**: Hold for 1 minute

Happy Sunday! I was truly a “gym rat” as some call it. 7 days a week. My routine is weight training with low weight and high reps as I build muscle very quickly.
