Yoga for beginners
Yoga for Beginners (2-3 times a week):
- **Sun Salutations**: 5 rounds
- **Downward Dog**: Hold for 30 seconds
- **Warrior I and II**: Hold each for 30 seconds per side
- **Child’s Pose**: Hold for 1 minute
- **Seated Forward Bend**: Hold for 30 seconds
- **Cool Down**: Relax in Savasana for 5 minutes.
