Welcome to our Health and Life Sciences Collaborative Patient Community! We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and informative environment where members can share resources, discuss general topics, and learn from one another. To ensure the safety and privacy of all participants, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Do not share any personal health information that could be used to identify you or someone else. This includes names, addresses, dates of birth, social security numbers, medical record numbers, and any other unique identifiers.

• Refrain from posting details about your specific health conditions, treatments, medications, or doctor visits that could be linked back to you or another individual.

• Respect the privacy of all community members. Do not ask others to share their personal health information or details that they are not comfortable disclosing.

• Any information shared in this community should be considered public. Think carefully about the content you choose to share.

• This community is intended for the exchange of general information, resources, and support related to health and life sciences. Feel free to discuss broad topics such as wellness tips, health news, and educational resources.

• Share reputable sources and evidence-based information whenever possible.
