Work Breakdown Structure

Project Scope. Work Breakdown. Raci

A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a hierarchical representation of the trial activities, breaking them down into smaller, manageable tasks. Developing a WBS helps in organizing and allocating resources, estimating costs and timelines, and tracking progress. It provides a visual roadmap of the trial activities, allowing project managers to effectively monitor and control the project. By breaking down the trial into smaller components, project managers can identify critical path activities and dependencies, enabling them to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and mitigate potential delays or bottlenecks.
